...yes we know it is nearly Summer but it is still quite chilly out!

How about a quick 2 hank project using Debbie Bliss Winter Garden - an amazing blend of linen, llama, wool and silk.

Its quite simple with written instructions and would make a good skill building next lace project.

Amongst other things, you need to know how to:-

• knit into the front and back of a stitch
• purl into the front and back of a stitch
• use yarn overs and yarn arounds
• decrease using both k2tog and SSK

All the abbreviations are explained in the pattern.

Although the leaf pattern is over 24 rows it will work up quickly using this luxurious super chunky yarn.
