Things to do in the East Neuk this Easter weekend

Lots!

First off... The Woolly Brew will be open both days this weekend - Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm! We're taking part in the Pittenweem Artist & Galleries weekend.

The village is well known for its Arts Festival but every April many of the resident artists, open their studios for a weekend to show new work. The galleries also open their Spring exhibitions then, showing a wide range of Scottish painters and craft artists.

Artists include painters Georgie Young, Pat Holland, Jim Fleming, Jo and Betty Macfarlane; multi media images by Ian Ledward; ceramics by Amy Page; textile designs by Janet Shelley; hand knitting, beading and felting by Barbara Fleming. And others! Venues and galleries are dotted around the village, on the High Street and the harbour all within easy walking distance. You can collect a free map from the first venue you come to.

Between Elie and St Monans there is Spring in the Loft at Ardross Farm - Saturday and Sunday from 9am. A unique opportunity to view and buy quality handcrafted items from local craft workers. And check out all the amazing food at Ardross!

And on Saturday night you can enjoy the launch of the Crail Food Festival from 7.30pm at Crail Community Hall. It's £10 a ticket, available to buy in Crail shops. Includes a glass of bubbly on arrival, food tasting, quiz, licensed bar and there is a huge raffle.
